Brief

The Social Co was tasked to launch a brand new TikTok account for Newcastle United’s senior women’s team, with the aim of creating engaging player-based personality content to drive engagement, following, aid ticket sales and appeal to a wider audience outside of their existing fanbase.

Strategy

Our strategy was to create incredibly reactive content linked to fixtures, new signings, team news and events to engage with the fanbase further and also to utilise trends across TikTok to maximise engagement and help create more clear player identities and increase the fan’s awareness of each player on a more personable level.
