Brief

Over two and a half years, we partnered with Lusso to deliver a multi-channel paid social strategy across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok. Our focus was driving UK sales, increasing market share, growing B2B leads and positioning Lusso as a luxury brand. Previously reliant on search and under performing lead-gen campaigns, we diversified acquisition channels and built sustainable growth through social.

Challenges

Lusso’s vast product range and high-ticket items meant longer purchase journeys and added complexity to campaigns. With no sales or discounts to rely on, we focused on communicating value, quality and luxury. Combined with a complex ad account and limited budget, our strategy had to make every pound work hard to deliver measurable growth.

Strategy & Approach

FULL FUNNEL APPROACH

We adopted a full-funnel strategy to suit Lusso’s longer purchase journey, combining awareness, consideration and conversion with strong retargeting. By consolidating the account around core product categories, we highlighted hero items, controlled spend, scaled high-performing campaigns and tested bidding strategies to maximise AOV.

CREATIVE TESTING

We tailored creatives to each platform while maintaining Lusso’s luxury identity. On Pinterest we used lifestyle content, on TikTok we tested UGC-style creatives and on Meta we introduced a wider mix of formats. Campaigns were adapted by category, ensuring bathroom and kitchen ads used relevant storytelling to resonate with each audience.

Campaign-Led Activity

In addition to BAU (always-on) campaigns, we implemented campaign-led activity to tap into specific trends and consumer needs. One notable example was the Small Bathrooms campaign, which focused on compact luxury solutions. This campaign alone generated over £550k in revenue with a ROAS of 17, proving the value of targeted messaging for niche audiences. These campaign-led bursts not only drove incremental revenue but also helped Lusso reach new audiences outside of their core base, increasing brand visibility and market share.
